VIP Rewards
Each quarter we launch our Rewards Programme so that every penny you spend in the quarter gets you a VIP only bag or gift sent when you spend £650 or £300 in a quarter.
You can join any time in the quarter by reserving what you want for £5. We track spend in the quarter & when you reach the spend we send your reserved gift.
Gifts of Joy
Our VIP members have access to 10% off our site always, well for as long as you are a VIP.
We gift exclusive discounts & run regular fabulous VIP promotions that often include a little extra.
Watch our for these fun rewards as we do not programme them in as we like to create the joy of a surprise & if you miss out,there will always be another opportunity!

This is where we all chat about the things we love most, with handbags being top of the list! Meet VIP's, chat restyle ideas and other fashion & style inspiration.
Don't worry - no handbags at dawn, as we actively encourage joy in the group
SHwap SHop
Once a quarter we run a complimentary SHwap SHop where all VIP's can SHwap and trade with each other to find products on their wish list that we no longer stock. It's great fun and a fab way to get to know other VIP's and of course you get to build up your collection, you never know what you might find.
You can place 5 posts at any time. Each post can include 1 bag or article. 1 of the posts can have up to 10 restyle accessories displayed. When you have sold articles you must delete the relevant post. You can then post again with another article to sell.
To take part you must pay a one time fee of £10 and after that it's complimentary. The date of the SHwaps are laid out in the events section but we will always email members in advance

Style Consultation
As a VIP we are keen to assist you in making the right choices for the bags and accessories that you purchase with us.
Our team are experienced in both style & colour, and are trained by the London College of Style. We would be delighted to assist you.
You can pick from a full Style consultation or a Handbag Style session which is complimentary. Either session are hosted at Joy HQ or online via zoom.
As a VIP we will also gift you a 25% off the cost of the consultation!
